New Zealand Rugby Union

NZ Rugby have utilized Sally’s expertise in the leadership development and Culture build space for a number of years. Her programmes have been a critical part of the success that our teams in black have had on the field and are extremely grateful for Sally’s contribution to this.

Sally has a wide range of skills as a facilitator and NZ Rugby have used her to help with delivery
to players, Team Management and High-Performance leaders across the NZ Rugby ecosystem. We have found Sally to be very accommodating with her ability to provide bespoke programmes targeting specific groups and outcomes.

As well as being an effective facilitator the Makahika OPC facility provides a wonderful off-grid venue to deliver our programmes. Sally and her staff have been wonderful hosts and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them

Peter Taylor, The Events Company UK

“I have never had a facilitator or training designer with the ability to be so extraordinarily adaptive and intuitive during the delivery of a programme. Each hour, each minute, Sally is watching the micro-behaviours of the group; she intimately understands the exact neuroscience of each individual at that moment and flexes either her style, the content or the rhythm of her delivery. It’s like watching a little bit of magic.”

Kapiti Chamber of Commerce International Women's Day Luncheon

"You were balanced, clever, articulate and hilarious as the MC. Loved it!"

Emma Costley

NZ Chartered Accountant Bespoke 2 Year Leadership Training

“World class, never been on anything as good as this in a lifetime.”

“Incredibly polished and experienced presenters. Presenters were so well prepared, and amazing life experiences to pull from. Flexible and brilliant content which moulded to our needs.”

“Can’t wait for the next part of the course and such a significant investment in our personal growth, don’t believe we would get anywhere else.”

Toyota, New Zealand

“The Championing Change Day was beyond my expectations, the content, the speakers, the vibe of the day were very inspiring, and I loved every minute. Sally is awe-inspiring, funny and straight up, her knowledge and experience backs up everything she talks about, just blown away and cannot stop raving about the day. So inspired we are trying to bring Sally into work with the wider team, highly recommend, will be the best day you spend out of the office ever.”

Cherrie Linney, Associate Manager Support

Higgins, Palmerston North HQ

“Sally Duxfield engaged our team on another level than what we are used to. An interactive and relevant 4-day ‘wilderness’ programme was delivered that held everyone’s attention, inspired, extended our comfort zones, and challenged us on multiple levels. Sally provides honest and balanced feedback, and her approach is unreservedly passionate. We explored our own and eachother’s leadership styles, how to work with these effectively and she gave us tools to ensure high performance during our most stressful annual business cycles. The team are still talking about Sally’s content, style, humour, passion and reflect regularly on the lessons learned and ‘felt’. We highly recommend engaging Sally and her team for your leadership development needs – there is nothing like this in the New Zealand market.”

Black Sox, New Zealand

“The Black Sox kickstarted their campaign for the WBSC World Cup in Prague with a weekend at Makahika Outdoor Pursuits Centre. Thank you to Sally Duxfield and her wonderful team for challenging and looking after us. Check out Makahika and if you want an excellent spot for a sports or corporate adventure with some added deep learning. We were given insights into our team and individuals that we have never experienced.  #ALLinTOGETHER
