The Leading Edge | Placing you at the edge of, but not beyond your ability, in order to facilitate growth.
“How can we ever know what we’re truly capable of if we’re not trying to do what we don’t think we can, every single day? And that means being afraid and doing it anyway.” – Siri
During your time on The Leading Edge, we will share research on cognitive bias, during critical decision making. What this offers to us is the skill required to understand our personal cognitive bias; allowing us to master skills to reduce human error and when you make a decision in the heat of moment, what will you choose?
Working with our experienced local mountain guides and guided by your skilled and passionate facilitators, we will lead you through:
We’ve chosen environments of extremes for The Leading Edge retreats.
Our retreat rhythm remains aligned to our energy peaks with mornings focused on big learning, deep thinking and reflection. Ready for adventure, we now test our mental skills while building and stretching our resilience and appetite for challenge.
Some evenings may have us experiencing fine foods, soft beds, and environmental comforts, other evenings, not so much. Here we can drop in and out of comfort, testing our mental skills, the ability to focus, delineate between bias and controls, and leave knowing that we are more than we think we are.
Are you ready for the altitude challenge?
